Our Team

Dunfermline Whisky was created by a group of friendly whisky enthusiasts. We all came together through our own whisky journey. We are a passionate team with varying levels of knowledge and experience, each member willing to help. If you attend any of the events, please introduce yourself.

Jason Julien

Jason's interest in whisky was sparked by his love of history. He has been researching and tasting various distilleries, which led him to focus on Glen Mhor in Muirtown, Inverness. He has written about whisky since 2010 and has held editorial positions at Malt and Dramface. He has now retired seeking a quieter life in Dunfermline.

George Brailey

George's main whisky influence was from his Grandfather. Whisky collecting was his first step into this wonderful community, then naturally a thirst for the liquid. He's been a collector and whisky drinker for over 10 years and regularly attends whisky tastings and festivals as often as he can . He has a thirst for whisky knowledge and all things whisky.

Brendan Innes

A Kiwi import to Scotland, Brendan has been a member of the Scotch Malt Whisky Society since he arrived in 1996. In whisky terms he describes himself as an 'enthusiastic amateur' and 'whisky promiscuous'. With a keen interest in things Whisky (and on occasion, Whiskey), Brendan recently created a whisky tasting journal for recording his whisky thoughts.

Adam Stanley

After years drinking the same old supermarket whisky, Adam descended down the whisky rabbit hole. With a goal to learn more about the amazing liquid and the ever growing industry which surrounds it. He loves a tasting, festival and is keen to add to his knowledge more close to home with likeminded people at all stages of their whisky journey.
