February's Event

We are pleased to announce that our upcoming event will take place on Thursday, the 13th February , at 7:30 PM at Edwards Bar & Grill.

This month, we will feature an exciting selection of drams from the following distilleries .

We have a 8 year old Mackmyra from the fife based independent bottlers Fib whisky , its an interesting cask maturation and green tea and amontillado provide an unusual pairing with the distillate.

Jumping back to 1990 we offer an original bottling of the infamous Highland Park 12 in the more circular dumpy bottle, its a great dram to contrast any change in the recipe.

Heading up the A9 and you'll discover the highest whisky distillery in Scotland.  Dalwhinnie does not frequently feature as a liquid tasted at cask strength never mind from a single cask .  We've secured their current distillery exclusive.

If your not aware of whiskystories podcast , you should look them up , the lovely folks offer a great insight into the industry and the people that operate in it.  Sharing stories of the journey of whisky and their careers in it .  In partnership with Rare Find they have released a limited edition 25 year old blend and we been able to get a bottle .

Our final offering is from the lost distillery Glencraig.  This well travelled bottle has landed back on our Scottish Shores and we cant wait to share this 1975 vintage of liquid history.
